pandatravel is a Beijing-based planning team offering tailor-made China travel consultation. This website is an inquiry channel, not a store: you cannot book, pay, or reserve anything on it.

Every route on the site is a starting point for discussion. Your actual trip is shaped with an advisor around your dates, pace, and travel companions.

Route suggestions, prices discussed in messages, and availability mentioned by our team are proposals, not offers. A trip exists only when both sides sign a formal agreement stating the price, what is included, the payment schedule, and the cancellation terms.

Submitting a form or talking with an advisor costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

We write visa, season, transport, and planning content to be accurate on the day it is published, and we mark uncertainty honestly where rules vary. Policies—especially visa-free transit rules—change, and border officers have the final say.

Before you commit to a trip, your advisor re-checks the current rules against your passport and itinerary. For anything critical, the official government and carrier sources we link to are the authority.

The text on this site is written by the team. Photographs are shot by the team, shared by travelers with permission, or individually reviewed and approved before publication; each use is recorded in our asset ledger.

Please do not reuse site text or images commercially without written permission. Linking to any page is always fine.

The advice we give is only as good as the information you send us—please tell us about mobility limits, dietary needs, and hard date constraints up front.

Passports, visas, and personal health decisions remain yours. We help you understand the requirements, but official documents are issued by governments, not by us.

Free planning advice on this site and in messages is provided as-is, without a guarantee of outcomes. Once a formal agreement exists, its own terms govern the trip.

Airlines, railways, hotels, parks, and other providers operate under their own terms. Weather, closures, and other force-majeure events can change any itinerary; your advisor helps you adapt, but we cannot control third parties.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If something goes wrong, write to us first—most issues are solved fastest by a direct conversation with the planning team.
