We are not going to pretend we have thousands of public reviews or a five-star platform badge before those proofs exist. Until verified traveler feedback is available, judge us by the operating standards we publish.

Human request review
A real specialist reviews your request before any route direction is drafted, with Chinese public holidays handled separately.

Clear price bands
Proposal drafts show realistic price bands and what drives them, instead of hiding everything behind a generic inquiry button.

No shopping-stop route model
Routes are not built around commission shopping stops. If a commercial stop is ever relevant, it must be disclosed and optional.

Named specialist handoff
Your request has a named owner. External direct channels stay private until verified, but the same request thread keeps the context.

No payment before terms are clear
Drafting and discussion come first. Any payment request must follow a written proposal and service terms.

Bounded use of your data
Your trip details are used to discuss this trip, not sold to third parties or reused for unrelated advertising.

Only published awards or press links with the right to use the name/logo. Otherwise this section stays empty.

pandatravel should not display Travel + Leisure, Conde Nast Traveler, TTG, ITB, Tripadvisor or any other badge unless there is a real award, public source and logo usage permission.
This restraint is intentional. A clean empty state is safer than a badge wall made from unverified material.
