02Day 2
Tianmen Mountain & Baofeng Lake
At Tianmen Mountain, the day starts with the world's longest cableway, the glass skywalk nearly one mile above the ground, the famous 99 Bends road and Tianmen Cave, then continues to Baofeng Lake by wooden boat.

  Tianmen Mountain is known as the soul of Zhangjiajie and the highest local peak. A 30-minute cable car ride from the city reaches the summit on what is known as the world's longest cableway.

  Glass skywalk, 99 Bends and Tianmen Cave
  The glass skywalk is nearly one mile, or 1,430 meters, above the ground, and the famous 99 Bends road twists below. Tianmen Cave is a natural opening about 30 meters high; you can climb the Stairway to Heaven for about half an hour to reach it.

  Lake
  Baofeng Lake by wooden boat
  After Tianmen Mountain, drive to Baofeng Lake. Walk about 20 minutes to the lakeside, then take a wooden boat ride for about 30 minutes, enjoying clear water, varied mountain shapes and folk songs sung by local ethnic minority residents.

03Day 3
Wulingyuan
Your private guide and driver pick you up at the hotel and take you to Wulingyuan Scenic Area, home of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, to visit Tianzi Mountain, Yuanjiajie and the Bailong Elevator.

  In the afternoon, take the scenic shuttle bus to Yuanjiajie, whose peaks are known as the inspiration for the Hallelujah Mountain in the movie Avatar. Because of its fame, it is also one of the busiest areas.

  Another way down is the Bailong Elevator. This glass sightseeing elevator is built on the cliff and is known as the highest of its kind; it takes about 2 minutes to reach the top.
